About This Machine

• We, POTZU FORGING, are a cold forging manufacturer in Taiwan.

• The cutoff diameter of our cold formers’ capability is max. Ø 44mm.
  

• We found that it is impossible to straighten the coil of such outer diameter by people.

• It would be easier to do this job with a handy tool.

• Therefore, we developed a machine which can easily used to straighten coil steel.
  

• This machine has high mobility due to its light body.

• Besides, you can easily straighten the coil steel by pressing one button only.

• It can be used to straighten coil steel from Dia. 8mm~40mm.

Video Demo - Hydraulic Wire Rod Straightener

When we want to feed the coil into machine, we will use Hydraulic Wire Straightener, also called Coil bender, to make wire rod straight. The material demonstrated in the video is 6140, 0.4% carbon, middle carbon alloy steel. And the outer diameter is Ø31.5 mm.
